Jack and Jill PACT exercise

1) News article:

Two children were injured yesterday after they tumbled down a hill. The two children were siblings, Jack and Jill. They had gone up the hill to get a pail of water. When they were walking down the hill after getting the water, Jack tripped over his untied shoelaces and he started rolling down the hill. Jill who had held Jack’s hand had also fell down. When they reached the foot of the hill, there was a long cut on Jack’s forehead. Jack might have hit his head against a stone while rolling down. Jill was had tumbled down did not get any major injures, she just had a small bruise on her knee. Jack ran home after that, his parents bandaged his head with some vinegar and brown paper. He then was put to bed. It was lucky that the children didn’t fracture any bones.
